About GMT and EST
This page uses Europe/London, not a fixed GMT offset. London is GMT (UTC+0) in winter and BST (UTC+1) in summer. New York is EST (UTC−5) or EDT (UTC−4). On most days London runs 5 hours ahead of New York.
